Thanks to David Gibson for changing my life! I was in Seymour, too far from my grandkids to see them very often. I thought I was stuck in Seymour because I had tried to sell my house before and failed miserably with another realtor (name not shared). What David did that the other realtor didn't was: 1) Before putting my house on market, David came out to help me determine what needed to be repaired/improved before putting it on the market. 2) David helped me work with my contractor to get the work done on time before we listed the house. 3) As soon as the contractor finished the pre-listing work, David came out and listed my house and put it on the website the very same day. No matter how busy he was, he made time for me. 4) He helped coordinate repairs with my contractor after we got the requested repair list from the buyer, so that our deadline would be met for closing. He went above and beyond what realtors normally do and kept me from "freaking out" at the repairs requested. Overall, I have to say I would definitely use David again and would not even contemplate any other realtor (other than Kat, his partner). I have had a bad realtor experience before and know the difference between good and not so good realtor. David didn't hesitate to not only show my house every time someone wanted to see it, he also showed potential houses to me at a moment's notice, enabling me to snatch up my dream house the first day it was on the market. With this hot seller's market, that is very hard to accomplish. Thank you David and Kat, for all your time and help. You did what I thought was impossible.
