As a matter of fact, we were the first potential buyers to see the home. He then assisted us in drafting and refining an offer. There were multiple offers on the house we wanted to purchase and we got it! In March 2022 David served as our agent when we sold our other house. The house sold in 2 days and he guided us through the multiple offers and helped us choose the best offer for us. Both closings were smooth despite last minute changes by the other parties. Communication was complete and timely. Due to David's experience working in the hardware field, he also has above average knowledge of building construction and that was very helpful since we had to make rapid decisions. I had come to the conclusion that real estate agents were becoming obsolete due to online listings and online information, but working with David changed my mind. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

David Gibson is a wonderful realtor to work with. He is always looking out for your interests, whether buyer or seller. In our case, we were both - we needed to sell our home and buy a new one. There can be a lot of pitfalls in buying and selling a house, and David would not let us sign anything that wasn't in our best interest. If you need your house sold, or if you need to buy house, David should be your realtor.

Fantastic experience. David helped us work through a very difficult relocation during a very trying nationwide pandemic. David initially brought a very educated and systematic approach to pricing our home which ended up being completely accurate. Other realtors we spoke with had seriously undervalued the house and the market. There are not enough words to express my appreciation for David Gibson in the sale of my house. From my first contact with David, I knew that I was in the hands of someone who knew the realty business, his market, and how to get things done in a professional manner. He not only advised me on minor repairs that needed to be done prior to listing the house, but he also lined up the contractor for me. The contractor was efficient and completed the work needed quickly. There were some repairs that were requested by the lender appraisal that were missed by the buyer’s realtor, so it delayed the close on the house. During the sale process, there were several situations that arose to delay closing on the part of the buyer or the buyer’s lender. The house was built by my father-in-law and was the “family home”. David was extremely compassionate to my emotions that selling the house presented for me. He had showings lined up the very next morning after we put our house on the market. Our buyer had a realtor who was brand new to the job. David made sure the realtor’s inexperience did not hinder or hiccup our sale. He served as a mentor to him through a VA loan. The VA loan was challenging since the buyer was stationed across the world. However, this did not stop David from making sure both us and the buyer’s wife, had an expedient closing.
